This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate AI Data LLC, which operates the Ultimate AI Data brand and this website, handles information submitted here.

Information we collect

Through the pre-qualification form on this website we collect the information you enter: first and last name, legal company name, company website, industry, work email, an optional mobile number, the country where your company is registered, and your answers to the two eligibility questions (30 or more employees, five or more years operating).

If you check either text message box, we also record that choice, the exact consent wording and version shown to you, the date and time of your submission, and the page you submitted from.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, customer records, credentials, regulated data, trade secrets, or raw datasets through this website.

How we use it

We use this information to determine whether your company meets our initial criteria, to reply to your inquiry, to schedule and conduct conversations about a possible data monetization engagement, and — only where you have given the matching permission — to send you text messages.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate this site and our follow-up: our website and database hosting provider, which stores form submissions; HighLevel (GoHighLevel), our customer relationship management and messaging platform, which stores your contact record and sends email and SMS; and Calendly, if you book a call. Each processes information on our behalf so that we can respond to you.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text message consent is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. It is used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive from us. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

SMS subscriber information vs. client-authorized information

Information collected for SMS purposes — your mobile number and your consent record — is kept separate from, and used differently than, any information a client later authorizes us to handle during a data consulting or buyer-introduction engagement. Engagement information is governed by the written agreement with that client and is never used for text messaging, and SMS subscriber information is never included in materials shared with a buyer.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you and to evidence your consent choices. To request deletion of an inquiry or of your SMS consent record, email info@ultimateaidata.com from, or referencing, the work email you used.
